AJ Trading is looking for a highly motivated and responsible individual to join our team for the following position:
OFFICE ASSISTANT/CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Prior office/customer service experience preferred
• Able to multitask
• Excellent oral & written communication skills.
• Must be fluent in English
• Ability to effectively use computer software (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Quick-books)
• Highly motivated and responsible
• Highly organized and extremely detail oriented
• Eligible to work in US
QUALIFICATIONS
• Provide friendly and quality service to customers via phone and email
• Provide support and assistance to management and sales reps as needed
• Accurate processing and checking of orders
• Monitoring all payments and review of shipping status
• Organize related paperwork on daily basis
• Provide help with inventory management
• Perform other duties as assigned
