3PL global logistics company PNPLINE, located in Ontario, we are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist.
 
[Responsibilities]
- Assist in developing keywords and strategies to increase Amazon sales and rankings
- Review customer feedback and marketplace health, updating processes as needed
- Process FBA & FBM orders and returns
- Respond to customer inquiries and answer questions
- Other tasks related to online marketplaces and broader eCommerce efforts as assigned
 
[Qualifying Requirements]
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred
- English native speaker preferred
- Strong motivation to grow within the company
- Fast-learner, excellent communication (verbal & written), & multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Legally authorized to work in the US
